Ligeledes fin udsigt fra udestuen og den store grill plads. Der er stor parkeringsplads og fritliggende græsbane, hvor der er mulighed for en del aktiverer. Huset er installeret med ventilationsanlæg. spabadet er udstyret med stort varmelegeme. I underetagen er der bordtennis , ekstra køkken, projektor 100" med tv tilsluttede programmer.

Tag på cykeltur til skov, sø og Sagnlandet Lejre… eller hop på toget til Roskilde (5min) eller København (30min). Du kan koble af i den private baghave, i hjemmebiografen, med brætspil, Lego og meget andet.

Du er omgivet af hyggelige butikker, barer og restauranter. Ørsted Parken med café, grønne plæner, sø og blomster er et stenkast væk. Lejligheden har to soveværelser og et køkken-alrum. The house is right by the canal in an upscale, safe and cosy neighborhood called Islands Brygge. You can see water and forest just outside of your windows. It takes 25 mins by metro to the Copenhagen airport. 😊 You will love this townhouse. Enjoy!
