Lejligheden ligger i nybyggeri, i stueetagen med adgang til en 12 kvm stor terrasse, med direkte udgang til en stor fælles gårdhave. Lejligheden er fuld møbleret, både i køkkenet og stuen. Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
