Step back in time at this 1880s miner’s cottage in historic Moonta Mines. Built over 140 years ago and extended in the early 1900s by the man who built many Yorke Peninsula roads, it still features the dining room, kitchen and bathroom he added. Lovingly owned for 12+ years and renovated twice, the cottage blends original stone walls and low doorways with modern comforts, a cozy wood fire, a well-equipped indoor & outdoor kitchen, and a big backyard perfect for BBQs under the dark night stars.

This cottage is over 100 years old and has been brought back to life. This charming little home has been saved from ruin and renovated. It may look small from the outside but you will be pleasantly surprised how spacious it is on the inside. It also has a very large backyard with small grassed area and large peppercorn tree.It is well situated in lovely Wallaroo and with in walking distance to the beach, main street, Hospital, pubs, Coopers alehouse, service station, pizza place and lots more.

Fully self contained kitchen with everything you need to cook a lovely meal. TV has Netflix, YouTube. TV has no regular channels. A dining table that fits up to 10 people that extends. Self contained laundry with washer and dryer.

The seperate lounge and outdoor areas provide spaces for everyone to relax and enjoy them selves . There is also a bar under the mezzanine floor, in the entertainment room .
