Enjoy the gorgeous views downriver of Gore Creek from the bright main room. This newly renovated modern mountain home has been redone with great care. Cozy up in front of the fireplace, or make a home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen! We loved the location on the river so much, that’s why we bought here. The interior is all fresh and new. We walk less than a minute to get to the free vail bus, it’s so convenient! The entire space is yours. Enjoy the beautiful balcony overlooking Gorecreek or curl up on our new sofa to watch a movie with the fire on. We have an extremely comfortable new mattress that will make it hard to leave the bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with with all of the kitchen utensils you need to prepare a beautiful meal. Assigned parking steps from the door! We are always available by email or phone. Sometimes we are in the building, sometimes just a call away. Happy to help anytime. We are on the Gore Creek in West Vail. Looking down the river and conveniently located across from the Free Vail Bus at Ptarmigan stop. Only minutes to Lionshead and Vail village, with some of our favorite restaurants and the grocery store. Please let us know if you will be arriving with a car. Once you are here, the free Vail bus is the way to go, you don’t need to worry about driving: Just remember: “Red to ride” “Green to go home” We love to shred - let us know if you need any tips on our favourite spots in Vail!

VAIL HAUS: 2 Bedroom Penthouse + Loft on Bus Route

Kick your feet up in a leather Eames chair and be steeped in the rustic-chic trappings of this home boasting wood-beam ceilings, stylish artwork, and a stone-tiled fireplace. After a dip in the hot tub, unwind with a cold drink on the deck patio. Entire condominium plus heated pool, 2x hot tubs and a fitness room Everything at VAIL HAUS is set up to run smoothly without us being there, so we won't likely meet in person. However, we are available to answer questions via email, phone or text message. Our superhost status means that we answer all of your questions and concerns promptly. The Vail Run bus stop is right across the street with 2 free routes in the winter (1 in the summer) that both reach Vail Village in under 10 minutes. Lionshead Village is around 15 minutes' walk away. As far as skiing/snowboarding at Vail is concerned, you won't need your car at all. You can hop on the free town of Vail shuttle directly across the street at the Vail Run bus stop. This bus stop services 2x free bus routes (Sandstone and Lionsridge Loop) that each lead to Vail Village (1.6 miles away) in under 10 minutes. To ski anywhere besides Vail (Beaver Creek, Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin), you will need a car. This property contains a studio sized lock-off BEDROOM & BATHROOM with private entrance. Soak up the solitude by sitting next to the river in the yard of this restful retreat. Indoors, there’s a fully fitted chef’s kitchen with attractive wooden cabinetry and cozy, stone-clad fireplace in the living room. Includes an alfresco hot tub. We are excited to welcome you to the River House on 10 Mile Creek and hope to accommodate your needs and make your stay memorable. It has been described as a restful retreat by many of our guests and we hope you find that to be true as well. We have rebuilt the back decks, added a hot tub and remodeled the basement bathroom in October, 2017. You will have access to the whole house, hot tub, 2 decks along the river, 2 car garage, and the yard with seating on the river. Send a text and I will get back with you as soon as possible. This neighborhood is quiet, clean, friendly and safe. There is hardly any traffic because the house is situated in a cul-de-sac. There are more bikes and pedestrians than cars on this street. Great restaurants can be found down Main Street. Public transit is easily available and there is a free ski shuttle to Copper Mountain 3 blocks from our house. We broke down and put a TV in all three bedrooms, so there are 4 TVs total. But do go outside!! A hot tub was installed in October of 2017, and the decks were rebuilt. We also remodeled the basement bathroom so that all the bathrooms are now in tip top shape.
