Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. I'm happy to offer my 1st home as a host, providing all the amenities I've wanted as a guest in my years of successful stays on the AirBnB platform as a guest (laptop not included). My guest will find various comforts and additions to make their stay as comfortable as can be. I welcome your feedback. My home is available as a 1 Bedroom with a large Den, Living & Dining rooms, 2 Bathrooms, full Kitchen and Laundry room. All new appliances as well.

Master with king bed and guest room has a workspace. Washer & Dryer Pet Notes: Pets have to be approved in advance of stay and pet fees will be charged Pets are welcome but there is a pet fee based on number of dogs and breed. Mulberry Cabin is conveniently located halfway between Charleston and the capital city of Columbia in Rowesville, SC. Please note the cabin is located in a small town, not in the country. Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Charleston is about 75 minutes away. Enjoy a break from Wi-Fi as you watch a DVD and relax in a 130 year old rustic cabin.

We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !

The cottage is a completely renovated property which started life as the summer kitchen for the main house. The cottage is 150 years old and has maintained the charm of a historic home. To retain the history of the property and town, NO SMOKING or VAPING is allowed on the property.
