On colder days huddle up on the sofa in front of the logburner or wrap up for some glorious local walks. The historic villages of Corfe Castle, Worth Matravers and Kingston are within walking distance of around 30/45 minutes, with lovely pubs at the end!

Situated in the countryside between Corfe and Swanage and close to the beaches and many attractions of the Jurassic Coastline. This traditional Shepherds Hut sleeps two in a King bed but you could accommodate up to a further three guests by pitching your own tent alongside it. Private setting with it’s own gated and fenced area with room to park off the road. Exclusive use of hot open air shower, kitchen hut and toilet situated in a separate hut next door. Sorry dogs are not permitted.

Studland bay is a 10 min drive away and there are a host of walks in the area. Corfe village boasts many pubs, village shops and the historic castle ruin.

Completely self contained and surrounded by glorious countryside, you can explore from the doorstep. We have four pubs within a short walk, and a fabulous village shop / Post Office. Beaches are within a short drive or bus ride and the Swanage Railway steam trains stop in the village.
