This is a unique, cosy, self contained, elevated POD set in a private garden, close to the water, overlooking Kinsale Harbour and town, in the jewel of Kinsale - Summercove. You can relax while watching the boats go by, take long coastal walks, go for a swim in the ocean, dine in the local award winning pub/restaurant (The Bulman), explore the 16th century fort (Charles Fort), take a stroll into town or an electric bike & head out exploring. The local area is a mecca for surfers, swimmers, cyclists, golfers and those who just want to go for long peaceful walks on many local beaches. The local village is Ballinspittle, which offers all the basics and a few surprises.

Welcome to the Coach House at the Old Rectory. It is a cosy two bedroomed cottage with a kitchen, bathroom and sitting room, situated beside our home. It has its own front door and its own patio with outdoor seating for guests to use. We have free WIFI and office facilities (printing, fax, photocopying) and we offer a laundry service (extra charge of €20 and please note that the laundry facilities are in our house, not the Coach House). For small children we have a high chair & travel cot.

We have refurbished this fabulous old building in Urhan using local craftsmen. The building was originally a national school for many years from 1884. It then became a post office and shop for over 40 years. There are fabulous views of the sea at the front and views of the mountains at the rear of the property. It is very close to the Urhan Pub (less than 100 metres) so you can wander down for a pint of Guinness or a glass of wine and take in the breath-taking views of Coulagh bay.
