Two Bedroom suite perfect for couples traveling together. We CANNOT host children under age 15. Comfortable furniture, marvelous views of the ponds below. Spacious suite with flat screen TV, DirecTV (with Tivo) and electric fireplace, central heating. whole house AC and mini split in summer. Both bedrooms ; king beds: one with spacious bath; walk in tile shower and tub for two. The second with shower. 6 other guests on the grounds in 2 other suites. We are less than 10 minutes from Old Town Cottonwood (More than 15 wineries within a 20-minute drive). With 3 bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms we can accommodate up to six adults in our cozy little abode. If you plan to explore nearby majestic Sedona (with great hiking), we are just a 30 min drive away, as well as a short drive to visit historic Jerome & Clarkdale.

Quiet safe neighborhood in the heart of the Verde Valley. National Park theme. Dog friendly (up to 30 lbs, can make exceptions), but see house rules for requirements. It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood. I do live here and take great care of my home.
