El Nido Apartment at Totten Lake

El Nido is a second-story apartment on a lake-front property, with panoramic views and a wrap-around patio. This two-bed, one-bath contemporary apartment is named El Nido (Spanish for "the nest"), because of the abundant wildlife in the area, including resident bald eagles nested across the street in a designated wetlands. The space is fully furnished and is new construction as of the summer of 2024. The owners have a workshop and office space on the first floor, with occasional day use.

The Mesa Verde Tiny House

Welcome to the Mesa Verde Tiny House! it’s a cozy, thoughtfully crafted space with a queen loft bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen, and an open living area with a fold-out futon. Enjoy incredible views of Sleeping Ute Mountain and Mesa Verde. The main sleeping area is the queen bed in the loft. A 3rd guest is possible using the futon, but it’s best for short stays, as it is less comfortable. Loft access requires climbing a tall ladder. This is a true tiny house, simple & full of character. .

The Mesa Verde Casita

Welcome to our handcrafted casita on 9 quiet acres beneath Mesa Verde and Sleeping Ute Mountain. This is a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path stay:simple, rustic, and full of character. If you’re looking for a polished hotel or luxury resort, this may not be the right fit. Here you’ll find a cozy, thoughtfully designed space with incredible views, a full kitchen, strong WiFi, and rare quiet. The casita is uniquely situated and overlooks a small pond with wide open Southwest sky.

The Jolly Rancher-Clint Eastwood Yurt

This is a 30 foot in diameter pet friendly yurt. Sleeps five; one queen, one twin bed and a new queen pull out sofa. Full kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room and dining area all separated by walls but not doors. Has outdoor fire ring with swings, chairs and barbque grill. Propane heater for cool seasons and cooler for summer. Sits on 12 acres with view of pastures and mountains. Animals pastured during the summer months. Shadow the cat will greet you with lots of love!

Quiet, peaceful stay!

The perfect cozy, peaceful resting place after a long drive or a long hike at Mesa Verde. The home is about fifteen minutes to the base of Mesa Verde. It is close enough to town to enjoy amenities, yet far enough away to not be crowded in town. There are great mountain/mesa views. There are three horses and four chickens that live on the property - and deer frequently visit as well.
