A szállás Fuerteventura déli részén Costa Calman található, saját medencével és közvetlen a bejárat előtt privát parkolóval rendelkezik. Teljesen felújított és újonnan berendezett, egy hálószobával hangulatos és meghitt légkört kínál pároknak és egyedül utazóknak. Az ingatlan gyors optikai internet hozzáféréssel rendelkezik, a konyha alapvető eszközökkel van felszerelve. Néhány perc sétára kisbolt, kávézók ,éttermek, pizzériák találhatóak. A part gyalog 10 perc, autóval 2 perc alatt elérhető.

La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

El apartamento situado en planta alta se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila. Está recién reformado y totalmente equipado, es muy amplio con 50 m2, la cocina y el comedor están situados frente al mar. El balcón está cubierto y acristalado hacia el lado norte como cortavientos. ¡Lo mejor es la fantástica vista panorámica al mar! También se incluye un jardín privado e independiente en la planta baja: ¡así son unas vacaciones perfectas! Todo esto a menos de 50m de la playa!
