Creando espacios especialmente cuidados para el descanso y el relax, perfecto también para teletrabajar. Punto de partida para conocer diferentes enclaves de Fuerteventura. Situado en la urbanización Playa Paraiso, junto al "Parque Natural de Jandía". A 2 km del centro de Costa Calma, tenemos todos los servicios.

Se encuentra en una parcela de 500m2. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de 2x2. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de 0,80x2, convertible en cama doble de 1,60x2. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama nido. La cocina está totalmente equipada. El salón-comedor es muy amplio. Tiene grandes cristaleras con acceso a su amplia terraza y piscina, tiene una gran luminosidad durante todo el día. Desde ahí mismo se pueden apreciar las vistas al mar, a la vez que unas increíbles puestas de sol.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

A pocos minutos a pie se encuentra la PLAYA de Sotavento, una de las mejores playas de Europa y el Parque Natural de Jandía.

The villa is the perfect place for wind- and kite surfers (Rene Egli Pro Center is 700m away) or guests who simply want to relax and enjoy the benefits of having all you need in close proximity (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, beaches, sports facilities, etc.). The villa is very well equipped and has been renovated in Dec. 2019. Free parking right next door.

Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

The apartment has an impregnable sea view and is located in the middle of a protected area near the beach of Sotavento, in the south of Fuerteventura. Nearby you will find a pristine beach with fine golden sand and crystal clear turquoise waters. It is an ideal place to practice various water sports . The apartment is fully equipped. There is an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers (free of charge) and large terraces for sunbathing. We speak ENG / GE / SP / FR / DU / LU

🌴Unser stilvolles PALMEERA Apartment mit PALMEN und MEERBLICK liegt im sonnigen Süden Fuerteventuras, direkt neben dem Robinson Club Esquinzo Playa. Der beeindruckende 180-Grad-Meerblick begleitet euch den ganzen Tag – sogar vom Sofa und Esstisch aus. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht ihr den Strand. Der offene, helle Wohnbereich mit Küche versprüht sofort Urlaubsstimmung. Zur Anlage gehört außerdem ein Gemeinschaftspool – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag am Meer.

Piscina climatizada ( 27º a 29º) compartida con la propietaria. La vivienda está situada a unos 100 metros aproximadamente de la playa. Es un bungalow con muy buena iluminación, cocina completamente equipada. A unos escasos 40 metros disponen de Supermercados, tiendas varias, Restaurantes, Cafés, Kiosko de revistas. Si vuestra intención es relajarse éste es el sitio ideal. Piscina climatizada ( 27º a 29º)La piscina es compartida con la propietaria.
