Superbe Loft dans le centre historique de Tarragona, près de la Cathédrale et des plus beaux sites historiques de l'antique capitale romaine. Dans un ancien couvent et situé au dernier étage et disposant d'un petit ascenseur, le loft est calme et idéal pour le télétravail ( Internet par fibre rapide ). A seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage du Miracle, et bien relié par bus aux magnifiques plages de la ville. Commerces de proximité, restaurants et bars, musées... soleil, tout y est!!!

Apartamento a pie de playa, recién reformado. Magníficas vistas al mar. Muy soleado y ventilado. Las camas se guardan durante el día y queda un amplio comedor. Hay una gran zona de parking, de pago durante el verano, justo al lado del apartamento. Perfecto para parejas y/o con un hijo. Situado en el paseo marítimo de la pineda, a 5 minutos del supermercado y una parada de bus. Caminando a 10-15 minutos del Aquopolis y la discoteca Pacha La Pineda. A 3 km de la ciudad de Tarragona, una zona tranquila donde disfrutar de las playas y de los bosques sin la aglomeración de las localidades costeras. Visita nuestro pasado romano, medieval y modernista. Nuestra ciudad ofrece también paseos agradables, comercios de todo tipo y una interesante oferta gastronómica. A pocos quilómetros se encuentran los monasterios de Poblet y Stes Creus, Port Aventura, el golf Costa Dorada, el Delta del Ebro y la zona vinícola del Priorato entre otras.

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

A 6 km d'Igualada. L'apartament té un llit de matrimoni, un sofà llit, cuina i bany amb dutxa.
