You are only a few steps to the calming breezes of the bay and endless miles of scenic beaches. This retreat styled home was designed to be as warm and inviting as the California sun. It's perfect for a large family and a quick 5 min walk to the iconic Fun Zone where you can enjoy nostalgic carnival games and feel like a kid again!

Sunny and spacious home on the water with linens, AC, EV Charger, dock and roof patio. Home has modern appliances, bbq, fire pit, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, and dinnerware. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views. "Elderly friendly" with easy access. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
