There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. The Sugar Magnolia River House is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath privately owned home located on Wildcat Shoals on the White River. A relaxing atmosphere where you can catch trophy trout right from the backyard. Relax with either our inside all glass living room or one of our several porches with a fantastic view of the White River. We have excellent wade & bank fishing access, and a short walk to the Wildcat Shoals boat launch. Many record browns have been caught and released from our backyard
