The Bunkhouse is conveniently located in the heart of Cottonwood; a short drive to Jerome, Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff & Phoenix.

Southwest by South, Private Guest Suite, Hot Tub

Quiet safe neighborhood in the heart of the Verde Valley. National Park theme. Dog friendly (up to 30 lbs, can make exceptions), but see house rules for requirements. It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood. I do live here and take great care of my home.
