Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. The apartment has a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and coffee maker), and bathroom. Offstreet (driveway) parking for one car mere steps from your private keyed entrance. A 10 minute (0.5 mile) walk to Clarendon Station on the Orange/Silver Metro line for easy access to Washington, DC.

Located on the lower level of our home, the flat sleeps up to a family of four comfortably with a private bedroom, Crate&Barrel sleeper sofa, full amenity mini-kitchen, and luxurious bathroom. Nightly rate listed has guest service fee included.

"HideAway" Private basement near metro, shops & DC

Just 15 minutes to the heart of DC, this fun, safe area is a walker's paradise with plenty of local restaurants, shops, parks and bikepaths making it easy to plan your visit. "The Hideaway" offers Free Parking onsite and is renovated with new appliances and eclectic 1940s adventure decór. Please note, this is a private basement studio apartment in a single family home. We live upstairs with our pre-K son who you might hear in the mornings and evenings.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
