Holy Waters Hideout

Enjoy sharing this Ausable river front home by staying in a private lower-level walkout. WE LIVE ABOVE. This gorgeous log home is on the famous Holy waters. The bottom story is a finished lower level with a separate entrance and living area from the homeowners above. The suite has a walk out onto the patio with a gentle slope to 200 ft of rocky bottom river frontage. This is located five miles from the city of Grayling. You will be close to hiking trails, hiking, snowmobile trails, and skiing.

Located 3 mi. west of the small town of Frederic, Mi, & situated on 20 acres of land, this rustic log cabin provides a peaceful respite from the hectic pace of urban life. The property is bounded on 3 sides by the Au Sable State Forest. Situated in a relatively remote portion of the lower peninsula, guests are virtually assured a tranquil stay. Whether you seek a romantic get away with someone special, or a lively get together with friends or family, this place offers something for everyone.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Once a barn for tack and hay, now a peaceful studio suite with all of the modern amenities, including a full bath, kitchen, and laundry. Saddlewood Ranch is surrounded by trails, between 2 lakes (5 minutes), yet close to town and Camp Grayling. Whether you seek serenity or adventure, your get away awaits!

Lakefront cottage, beach & dock on Lake Margrethe

No extra cleaning fee! Amazing waterfront retreat at Maggie Grayling's Lake House, 15 minutes from Grayling, Michigan on Lake Margrethe. In warm weather, step to our private beach on a clear, sandy-bottom lake perfect for swimming, wading, fishing, boating, etc. When the weather cools off, enjoy miles of trails for walking, ATVs, and snowmobiles. Ski at Hansen Hills or bundle up and go ice fishing. We are about 10 minutes from the Manistee and Au Sable for fly fishing, canoeing, and tubing.

Bonfire Holler (between Grayling and Gaylord)

Live your life by a compass not a clock. Find your way to Bonfire Holler where you can unplug and relax. Cozy cabin on 20 acres(occasional neighbor across road) where you can enjoy snowmobiling in Grayling/Gaylord area or ATV riding in the Frederic area. Just minutes from Hartwick Pines State Park or Forbush Corner for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. 20 minute drive from treetops resort in Gaylord. Camp Grayling (near I-75) holds occasional trainings see their FB for schedules.

Sunset Fox Den w/ Hot Tub & River Float Rentals

Please note that our family-owned canoe rental operates on the property during daytime hours, adding a fun and lively riverfront atmosphere. Evenings are wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the sunset, and experience the quiet side of Northern Michigan. As our family business grows, an additional guest lodge may be added nearby in the future, allowing us to welcome more visitors while maintaining the property’s relaxing Up North feel.

Au Sable Busted Grouse Cabin

The Cabin at The Busted Grouse is the quintessential northern Michigan chalet. With views over the famous Au Sable River just east of Grayling, it offers exceptional fly fishing, paddling, or simply relaxing. Knotty pine throughout, vaulted ceilings and original vintage decor will allow visitors to recreate memorable trips Up North from years past. A large patio with picnic table and fire ring out front provides a terrific spot for enjoying time outside.

Au Sable River Getaway

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby. Carey's Cabin

Relax at our quiet place in the woods. Just a short drive to Higgins, Houghton or Kneff lake. Also the AuSable river is near by for fishing canoeing/kayaking. Forest Dunes Golf club and many other Golf courses are not faraway. If you like the ORV trails you can enjoy riding right out of the driveway. We are surrounded by state land for those whom like to hunt when in season. This is definitely an all seasons location for all your outdoor pleasures.

After Dunes Delight

Situated 5 minutes North of downtown Roscommon. This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house on 8 acres is peaceful, but still close to food and fun. 3 miles south of Forest Dunes Golf Course, 1 1/2 miles south of the Mason Tract of the AuSable river, 15 minutes from the Higgins Lake state park, and surrounded by State land and National Forest. Golfing, hiking, bon fires, hunting, fishing, ATV fun, and snowmobiling are right here.
