We are open! Visit majesticfarm .com and insta majesticfarmheritage to get a sense of the grounds. You can also purchase wood, meats and so on. Beautiful site overlooks orchard. There are huge boulders to sit and climb on. There is one full size bed in the house, bring bedding. There is a picnic table and a camp fire pit. There is a shared kitchen and outhouse. FALL/WINTER advisory - the water features are generally turned off from November - March. There is no heat or electric in the house.

The property is the newest building project/ABNB offering from Tom; who creates magical and life changing experiences...in the landscape; at EBC Bird Sanctuary Sculpture Park.

Self Check-In/Private Entrance. House trained Dogs and declawed Cats are Welcome (No additional pet fee). Driveway Parking for two cars. Peaceful, private flat on the Hudson River. Train to NYC (Scarborough Station) 10 min walk through historic neighborhood. Arcadian Mall (Grocery Store, Starbucks, etc) 7 min walk. Lots to explore in the area. Timberframe

The Timberframe is a handmade seasonal building with a full size memory foam bed on the same property as the main house. It was my Old Painting Studio. There is a full bathroom in the main house on the first floor just for guests. Due to Covid-19. there is also porty-potty 40 feet from the Timberframe. Our Boodle Hole Beach is 4 min car ride away..beautiful refreshing stream, 13 acres..Details in the booklet when you arrive.
