Enjoy all that Pagosa Springs has to offer! Hiking, hot springs, golf, or just relax and recharge. Stay in our almost 900 sq ft private suite located on the lower floor of the cabin with your own entrance, bathroom, living room, 65" TV, washer/dryer and gas fireplace. A full size bed is available, however please note the path to the bathroom is through the bedroom. A fenced in yard for your pet. A $15 fee per pet per night is billed separately capped at $60. Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. For folks bringing pets, note that pets cannot be left unattended in the house. If you leave the house, take your pets with you. Town of Lake City permit # TLCR05.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Easy travel to the Great Sand Dunes, hot spring pools, hiking, off roading, skiing and hunting. Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge within 8 miles. Off street parking allows room for recreational vehicle parking as well. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is perfect for 2 adults; but can accommodate additional guests for an additional $25 per person per night. The house has a fenced in yard and is located on 1 acre just a few minutes walk from the national forest. Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the cozy enclosed porch. There is plenty of room for ATV parking, and you can go directly to many trails without having to tow!
