This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of our private road, the wind blowing through the trees and sweeping views of the nearby foothills. This house has two full bedrooms with an extra loft room upstairs with a large writing desk. The front room has an attached full bathroom, while the back bedroom has a bathroom down the hall. Come enjoy peaceful country living in the beautiful Central Valley. Our recently completed tiny home is located behind our main house, but is outside the main yard so you will have privacy. The cottage is surrounded by dirt at the moment, but we have plans for some beautiful landscaping in the near future. The cottage is 1/2 mile off Highway 99 and just a few miles from Atwater’s plentiful shopping and restaurants.
