Welcome to our newly decorated cottage- We hope you like it!The cottage is right on the footpath to the beach and a perfect spot for accessing all Croyde has to offer. There is also a sunny courtyard with a bbq for you sit out and enjoy the evening after a busy day on the beach. We have free parking for one car and happy to welcome your dog too. There's a wetroom for board and wetsuit storage and shower for washing off sand. Light the firepit and watch the sunset with a glass of something cold.

Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising.

It has wonderful views to the downs of Croyde from the second-floor window. Small dog allowed!

Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Please note it is not always possible to have the hot tub ready for use on the first night as it takes 24 hours to empty, clean, fill and heat.

Sitting in prime position on the coastal path on the quiet side of the harbour, the cottage overlooks the beach and lifeboat station. Boasting a large terrace, it’s a great spot to watch the world go by and, if you’re lucky, a lifeboat launch. Manor Cottage is a traditional home with modern features and a very well equipped kitchen. Garage parking included.
