Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

Londyn’s Loft is located in a great section of Crystal Beach. It’s a charming 2 bedroom 1 bath, non-smoking home and sleeps up to 4 adults & 2 kids. We are pet friendly (well behaved fur babies only please), but we do not have a fenced in yard. Our home is fully equipped, with the exception of a public washer/dryer. You can walk or drive onto the beach right at the end of our road. Take a load off on our relaxing wraparound deck, while enjoying the ocean breeze with your favorite beverage.

With a mid deck at 16' and a observation deck at 30' above ground level you get a gulf breeze all the time. Watch ships entering and leaving Galveston. App. 350 yds. to the beach. Inside there is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed and 2 bunk beds in the bunk room. There is also a fun outdoor shower and a covered cooking area.

Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed (full on bottom/twin on top), arcade games, closet stocked with additional games, 60" TV, and a private back deck. We have a well-equipped kitchen with 2 TVs in the main area and a desk. The downstairs outdoor area has bistro table, Weber charcoal grill, and a food prep station with a sink.

The house sits in a good place to reach all parts of the peninsula. Outside there are chairs to sit and talk, a playscape for the children, and a luggage lift you can use for an extra fee.
