Apartment for 5 is located in a calm and peaceful area of Novalja (Island of Pag,Croatia) yet not far away from the centre of town. Suitable for couples, families with children or pets, sporty people and retired people or anyone willing to relax, refresh and renew in the vicinity of the sea. Apartment is located in a private house. The owners live in the same house. Grill and pool areas are shared with guests from other 4 apartments in the house.

Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
