Apartamentul se afla situat pe drumul principal către Transalpina , la 200 de metri se afla magazinul Profi și la 300 de metri Restaurantul Metropol și Penny . La nici 150 de metri se afla Parcul Arini unde este amenajat un teren de tenis gratuit si un teren de fotbal , totodata se afla la doar 10 minute de mers de Cetatea Alba Iulia si Râpa Roșie .
