Garden, pool of 55m2, barbecue and outdoor facilities will bring your family and friends everything you need to have fun and to enjoy your vacation. We consider pets as part of our family, so they are more than welcomed. They can play endlessly and safely in fenced backyard.

The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
