Our property offers a sweeping ocean view from the main living areas and rear patio and it is a clean, understated getaway with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

This cottage is located in the heart of Dana Point, a beautiful and uncongested beach community! A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.

The casita is quaint and charming with large vaulted wood beam ceilings, hardwood floors, and plentiful natural light. Open the french doors to enjoy the fresh breeze and late afternoon sunshine in the backyard. We always make sure it is extra clean and comfortable and we love providing a high quality experience for all of our guests.
