This private entrance beautiful basement apartment is within a 1/2 mile to several Beverly beaches. Downtown Salem is a 10 min drive. Downtown Beverly is about a 10 to 15 minute pleasant walk. Beverly offers great restaurants, cafe’s and brew pubs. Live entertainment at the Larcom, Cabot and North Shore music theater. Endicott College is 1 mile away. The train to Boston, Salem, or Rockport is about a mile away. Plenty of safe street parking is available in front. Escape the crowds in Salem!

Ground level. Spacious room with a King Bed and a bonus smroom with a ( twin pull out bed) couch and desk/vanity. The sizeable bathroom is freshly remodeled. Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Our unique home is conveniently situated close to routes 95 and 128. It is a great base camp for day-tripping to Boston or various points on the north shore (Salem, Beverly, Gloucester, etc.). There are numerous restaurants and stores of all types located nearby. Our house has historical significance and has been thoughtfully maintained.
