The Bunkhouse at Top Hat Equestrian

Relax in this newly refurbished “Bunkhouse” located on a six acre horse farm. Walk the property, pet the horses or simply relax in this cozy retreat - hot tub included! An EV Type 2 charger is available. Guests can come as they are or bring their horse(s) and rent a pasture or stall for an additional fee. Owner lives on site in a separate building. We are <15 min from Downtown Fairhope, Mobile Bay and a variety of restaurants, including The Grand Hotel. Just 40 min from Gulf Shores beaches!

You're a short walk from amazing views of the bay. This studio is cozy and complete with everything you need to relax. Got it Reel Good River House! Enjoy swimming and grilling along Fish River in beautiful Fairhope, AL. House has 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Two full beds, and two twin beds, as well as a futon, and a sectional couch. Relax on the large deck attached to the house overlooking the river with a grill and plenty of seating for entertaining. Downstairs has a small fenced yard and pier for swimming, fishing, or lounging. Pets are welcome with a pet fee, but they must be approved prior to your stay.

This 1100 sq foot apartment is located in the top of our barn. It is very nice and fully furnished with a well appointed kitchen. Our barn is a working barn with 3 horses that come and go. I will allow a pet but must approve and there is a 75.00 pet fee. St Francis Church is a 3 minute drive and the Grand Hotel and Little Point Clear a 5-7 minute drive. Downtown Fairhope is a 5-7 minute drive and a straight shot from my farm, - Gulf shores/Orange beach is 41 minutes away.
