Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle. The Kent show ground. 35 mins drive to Eurotunnel & 50 mins to Dover ferry port. 1 hour to London via train. The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Recently renovated with 4 comfortable bedrooms (2 with en-suite), a big kitchen for socialising in and a Mediterranean-style gardens located on a quiet residential road. We are 20 min walk to Woolwich Station. From here you can get to the Excel (4mins), Canary Wharf (8mins), Liverpool St (15mins), Tottenham Court Rd (20mins), Paddington (26mins), Heathrow (50mins).

The French windows look out over your private lawn onto farmland. From the Entrance lobby turn right straight into the kitchen or left into the ensuite bedroom with TV.

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free. EV charging available at extra cost.
