It's located in an active golf cart community just a 1/2 mile to Willow Springs marina and 2 miles to Johnson Creek where you can unload the boat and enjoy a great day on Lake Texoma. Venture up the road 10 minutes to the heart of Durant or Choctaw Casino and enjoy some shopping, dining, nightlife, and gaming. This home has a fully equipped kitchen, a great outdoor dining space where you can unwind and make memories.
