This early 1900s Sears Roebuck home has been fully renovated to include updated amenities while keeping some vintage charm. Walking distance to Davis classics such as The Billy, Sirianni's, Stumptown and Hellbenders and a short drive to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley attractions. We are also only 2.5 miles from the cute strip of Thomas, WV!

Indoor hot tub attached to master bedroom & to spacious outdoor deck with propane fire pit. Stocked kitchen. There are cameras for security, on the driveway.

This house was built in 1889 and still has much of the original charm. It has 3 bedrooms and one full bath upstairs. Two of the three bedrooms have television. The downstairs has a kitchen, living room, study, dining room, an enclosed front porch and a full bathroom with a shower. There is a nice size deck off the porch with a grill and seating. It is located one mile from the entrance to smoke hole, .3 of a mile from Swilled dog hard cider and lots of opportunity for hiking and biking.

Accommodations include 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry & parking, TV, Wi-Fi, & a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bed & bath linens provided. Only 5 minutes from Route 48, you can get to any location with ease, but still stay in the secluded woods.
