The Kit House

The Kit House is a perfect place for a weekend with friends or family! An open floor plan and a full kitchen makes the downstairs ideal for gathering. This early 1900s Sears Roebuck home has been fully renovated to include updated amenities while keeping some vintage charm. Walking distance to Davis classics such as The Billy, Sirianni's, Stumptown and Hellbenders and a short drive to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley attractions. We are also only 2.5 miles from the cute strip of Thomas, WV!

Charming 120-year-old Victorian home in located in downtown Parsons within the border of the Monongahela National Forest. About 20 mins southeast of Davis, it's just a short drive from Canaan Valley, Timberline Ski Resort, Blackwater Falls, & a large network of trails & stunning scenery. Accommodations include 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry & parking, Wi-Fi, & a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bed & bath linens provided. Dogs only for a fee.

There are nice views and good space for socializing. No loud parties, however. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a walkin shower and a shower seat. The living room and all three bedrooms have televisions. this house sits about two miles from beautiful South Mill Creek Lake and 8 miles from Smoke Hole. The house has starlink and it works really well. There is also a landline phone.
