Situated one block from Town Square, Rothesay Cottage consists of the front rooms of an original 1870s home, moved from Newbury by steam tractor in 1928. The overall style is a hybrid of 1870s and 1920s Art Deco to reflect its history. Your queen room boasts a stunning period bedroom suite complete with ensuite. Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

Set on 30 acres of partly cleared, part bush and looking down to a large ornamental lake through many mature trees abundant with wild life. Ideal for 2 guests (sleeps up to 4). Note: a CCTV camera at the front of the property that monitors the driveway for safety.
