Enjoy a family-friendly stay in our 10th-floor condo at the sought-after Sanibel Condominium. Relish the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the spectacular sunsets over the Halifax River from the expansive balcony. Situated directly on the beach, we have immediate and direct access to the sand. Please note, the building is strictly pet, smoke/vape-free, and there is a maximum allowance of two cars per unit. Minimum age is 21 to rent this unit, ID will be required prior to approval.
