Clean, uncluttered home equipped with everything you need for a fun vacation, just bring your toothbrush and shampoo. Master bedroom with full bath and direct access to the screen porch. Flat TV in master, BR 3 and the living room and WiFi throughout. In the fenced back yard, there is a fire pit with gate access to the dock and lake. Cute, comfortable 1935 detached home which is 900 SQUARE FEET AND PET FRIENDLY. The other side of the property has our main home. The cottage is newly remodeled and fenced in. Views of Lake Umatilla from all rooms. 8 miles to beautiful Mount Dora and 3 miles to downtown Eustis. 1 hour to attractions, airport and east coast beaches. We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Our Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.

Unit 4 is a private studio unit with a queen size bed and a small futon couch. This unit is on the 2nd floor of our small ocean front apartment building. Can sleep 2-3. We recommend only 2 adults in this unit or 2 adults 1 children. The sofa bed is on the smaller size and recommended for a child or small adult only. Just a short walk to Flagler St restaurants and shopping.
