This is a tobacco-free property and due to host allergies it is unsuitable for tobacco or marijuana users. The Little House can accommodate one or two adults, but is not suitable for children. It’s also not suitable for those who aren’t accustomed to picking up after themselves and mindful of the care taken to preserve precious vintage things for the enjoyment of others.

You can choose Arby’s or Denny’s restaurants less than 1 mile away or enjoy a picnic on the trail which begins at Trailhead park in New Boston and ends at Farmersville. This is the longest Hike/Bike and Equestrian trail in Texas and the 4th longest in the U.S. ***Please be aware construction nearby on the highway continues changing our beautiful scenery and outdoor privacy***

No Wifi. Fish (bring your own pole,etc.), swim, paddleboat, kayak, relax on the deck or under the pavilion. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families , and pets (2 maximum) No large groups. No parties.

This luxury tiny home sits on land that has been in our family for over 140 years. My great grandmother (Nannie) lived on this land for many years. Her home is now gone, but it was always welcoming and many have precious memories of their time spent here.
