Take a relaxing stroll along the shore, then share evening drinks at the bistro table in the cozy backyard at this sunny ground-floor oasis. Kick back in the cream Acapulco rocking chair before whipping up a snack in the chic gray kitchen. The house is on the ground floor and it is appropriate for couples and families. The inside is properly arranged with a fully operational kitchen, a living room with a dining table, and 1 bedroom and one private bathroom. It is also equipped with all the necessary utensils, amenities and many more. The apartment is located on the ground floor. We will wait for you at the house upon your arrival to welcome you, show you the house and give you the keys. Furthermore we will provide you a city map, suggest you nice places to visit and things to do. During your vacations we will be always available in case you need help with anything. Calm, tranquil Chalepa has a rich history, with beautiful old neoclassical mansions and is considered the most aristocratic quarter of Chania. Just minutes from the house, there is a small rocky beach that looks and feels like a swimming pool. There is a bus stop nearby, only 2 blocks away, that services the Sodi and Chalepa buses, both of which come and go downtown. Very close to this bus stop there is a taxi station. Otherwise, you can always come by car. There are plenty of free parking spots available just out of the apartment. For reservations over 10 nights we provide to our guests one extra cleaning and linens change of the apartment free of charge Calm, tranquil Halepa has a rich history, with beautiful old neoclassical mansions and is considered the most aristocratic quarter of Chania. Nearby is the pretty and bustling town of Spili, with its tavernas, shops, pharmacy, health centre and post office. Prices from €35 (spring and autumn) to €40 including a basic breakfast. The WiFi only works outside. Loving dogs and cats is essential, if you wish to stay here, as I have 4 dogs and several cats. . Having a car is essential.

Yaya ‘s (grandmother’s) house, is located on the main road of the village and is easily accessible by car, with FREE parking on the street, within a short distance from the house. The house is 60 square meters (m²) with a mezzanine 20 m². There is a yard outside, where a beautiful path will lead you to the herbal garden and a great view of the mountains, where you can spend a lot of time smelling different types of herbs. The lemon tree in the center of the garden will welcome you.
