Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο ιστορικό κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων, μέσα στο κάστρο, 100 μέτρα από την ανατολική πύλη του κάστρου, με άμεση πρόσβαση στον παραλίμνιο χώρο, καθώς και στα καραβάκια που οδηγούν στo ιστορικό νησάκι της λίμνης Παμβώτιδας. Πολύ κοντά στα μουσεία: Αργυροτεχνίας, Βυζαντινό, Δημοτικό, Αρχαιολογικό, την συναγωγή των Εβραίων και στο χώρο του Ιτς Καλέ, όπου υπάρχει το Παλατάκι(Σεράϊ) του Αλή Πασά, που στεγάζει το Βυζαντινό μουσείο. Στόχος μου ήταν να δημιουργήσω, αν όχι το καλύτερο, ένα από τα καλύτερα loft της πόλης. Ο χώρος βρισκεται σε κεντρικό μέρος της πόλης και σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή , Πλουτωνος 18 και είναι 300 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία.
