The Red Door Carriage House

The Red Door Carriage house is a historic 90 year-old structure that was the carriage house for the original farmhouse (our home) on the property. Located in beautiful West Roxbury Mass., the unit is 3 miles from Fenway (Red Sox), Longwood Medical Center (all of the major hospitals) and 2 miles from Boston College. A 5 minute walk to the West Roxbury commuter rail station (10 minutes to South Station) and all bus lines into Boston, this apartment is a spectacular private and tranquil retreat.

Cozy house close to Boston

My home is very comfortable with a casual feel. I have three bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms. I have two queen size beds and one twin size bed. My kitchen and bathrooms are updated. I have a cozy den with a Smart TV and a living room that is a comfortable place to relax. The outdoor area has a deck leading onto a patio with a fire pit. I have an outdoor gas grill. It's a great place to unwind and relax. It is fenced in with privacy. I also have a driveway and on street parking is available.

Peaceful Country Home, Dover, Ma: Private Entrance

Graceful country oasis in a renovated 125 year old historic home, 35 minutes driving time from downtown Boston. (Important-stair climbing required to reach bedroom suite.) I welcome quiet, mature guests as this is a very peaceful (non-party)environment. We are located on a scenic road in sophisticated Dover, Ma, a commuter/country setting, with miles of hiking trails and roads ideal for cycling. I have owned and loved this home for 35 years and take great joy in its charm and outdoor spaces.

We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. This place is on the 3rd floor of our newly renovated home in Boston's Roslindale, which is about 6 miles away from downtown (please look up the neighborhood to have a clear idea where it is). Our place is close to restaurants & bars in Rozzy Village and West Roxbury. There is a connection via bus at the corner to the subway at the Forest Hills Orange Line T-stop that will get you to downtown in about 30 min, and there is commuter rail in Roslindale Village.

A peaceful oasis with easy access to Rt 1, Rt 128, and walking distance from Norwood Center and the Norwood Depot commuter rail stop that goes to South Station. 30 mins from Providence and Boston and less than 20 mins to Gillette Stadium. Country Cottage in the City

This poolside cottage is a country retreat in the city. We are nestled into a small bit of woods on top of the "hill" as it is called locally. Besides the pool, there are two garden ponds where we keep decorative fish, and a regular parade of various types of birds and even wild turkeys and deer.
