The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

Apple Kor Cottage, treat yourself to relaxation!

Your home away from home The Apple Kor Cottage is a single-family home nestled in the small town of Cedaredge, Colorado. Sitting at the base of the Grand Mesa, It features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, wit a large, covered patio to relax and enjoy fireplace for the cool Colorado evenings. The pet-friendly home sleeps 7 comfortably and includes a game room for family games and a night of cards or a good game of poker for your enjoyment during your stay. Country Cottage Retreat

Our whimsical country cottage is the perfect spot to sit and relax, take a stroll down a country road or have a gathering under the big cottonwood tree. Enjoy the views of the ponds, and if you watch, you may see some wildlife roaming. After a fun day of sightseeing enjoy a s'more around the fire pit. The inside has plenty of space for games, a meal together, and has new luxury beds and furniture for a delightful stay. Nothing says "stop and smell the coffee" like this romantic country retreat.
