This private guest house is nestled in a grove of old oak trees, sitting above our detached garage. We renovated top to bottom and relax in our large outdoor space. This quiet guest home can accommodate up to 6 people. The best part? We are 5 minutes from Downtown FtW and centrally located in Tarrant County. 20 minutes to get anywhere, including DFW airport, AT&T stadium and TX Rangers

Spacious Guest House/Suite near DFW

It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. And a large full size refrigerator downstairs. Private full bathroom inside of the suite! You will enjoy this one of the kind privacy stay! Thank you for your business!

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife. The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more. Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Our guest house is in the heart of Denton, a block east of the Bell Avenue Historic District, with all the amenities to make your time in Denton relaxing and meaningful. This private, smoke and pet free retreat offers natural light and your own designated parking spot. Stay within two miles of UNT, TWU and the unique Denton Square. You will enjoy unique features that will make you feel at home including a stocked kitchen and a record player with music from local Denton bands.

The cottage provides covered parking, Smart TV, full kitchen for cooking, and washer and dryer units.

Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
