Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife. Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish studio. Located off of Interstate 35, this is a prime location for taking a quick trip down to Dallas or to the UNT college campus. Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Our guest house is in the heart of Denton, a block east of the Bell Avenue Historic District, with all the amenities to make your time in Denton relaxing and meaningful. This private, smoke and pet free retreat offers natural light and your own designated parking spot. Stay within two miles of UNT, TWU and the unique Denton Square. You will enjoy unique features that will make you feel at home including a stocked kitchen and a record player with music from local Denton bands.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Historic Converted Carriage House

A converted carriage house walking distance to downtown Denton and University of North Texas (UNT) Campus. DCTA bus stop located across the street and downtown DCTA train station a mile away. Has a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and a coffee pot. Has a Murphy bed downstairs, and a loft with space for an air mattress. Please use caution on ladder stairs.
