Located 4 mins (driving) from the Historic Denton County courthouse square, 5 mins from TWU and 8 mins from UNT. Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts are 15-20 mins.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife. The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more. The Haven C - 丹顿温馨干净的公寓

This is a well furnished one bedroom apartment. It has one bathroom with a shower/bath combination and a washer and dryer. It has a well furnished kitchen, dining table and large closet. It is perfect for extended stays. There is a queen sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. We are close to I-35. There are two parking spaces right outside the front door. Well behaved pets are welcome. We use a commercial UV light to sanitize, along with a rigorous cleaning protocol.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
