Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Enjoy a short (or long!) stay at my guest suite in Sloan's Lake. Whether in town for work, a concert, or just a quick get-away, you'll find everything you need in this guest suite w/ kitchenette. Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!

We provide a coffee machine, coffee, candy and a small wine fridge. The suite is within 15 minutes of Downtown, LoDo, Rino, City Park, Stapleton and Lowry Town Centers, museums, zoo, and The Cherry Creek Shopping District. There are lots of nearby restaurants/bars/breweries.
