Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

Relax in our private guest area locked off from the rest of our home including a kitchenette and laundry area, all separated from the rest of the house by a custom built and locking doorway. We accept dogs but cannot accept cats due to other guests’ allergies. There is a pet fee.

The suite includes the entire walk-out lower-level of our home. It is private, separate, and has its own entrance. With a full kitchen and central location, this is the perfect base-camp for a Colorado get-away; however, with the Ponderosa Pines, Aspen, and beautiful hiking trails right up the street, you may never want to leave.

Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.
