This unique and stylish mother in law suite is an excellent homebase for your Denver adventure. Sunlight penetrates the refinished basement via 10 windows. Calm and Soothing lighting at a cooler temperature. A retro kitchenette equipped with essentials. The yard is green and the patio is a great way to mellow out. A 1978 VW BuS is open for your entertainment.

This one, we call “Long John Silver”, is no exception. About 90% of the interior is original; modern conveniences such as new fridge, microwave, new toilet, hot water, and internet have been added. The camper is a 24' 2007 Itasca Navion. This cozy camper is located about 10 miles north of of downtown Durango. It's great for a family of four, but might be small for anything more. It's close to Trimble Hot Springs, which is a great place to relax after a day of fun. Also, walking distance from a cute little breakfast nook, Hermosa Grill. Right next to Hermosa Grill there is a gas station, and a liquor store. The camper is not available to move.
