Branson is a small town with hardly any amenities, so if you are looking to get away from it all, this is your place! We have had several Guests stay for the express purpose of star gazing! It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.

Our simple but charming cottage provides the perfect jumping point to a vast array of trails, lakes, and points of interest. You can bring your dogs per request(No cats) as there is huge fenced dog yard. A photographers dream and a nature lovers retreat.

We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.

Come join us on our 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. This cottage is unique with custom tile work, and handmade barn doors. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, and watch the wildlife roam the property. Your host family lives on property across the driveway and is happy to help should you need anything. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats due to other guests allergies.
