Lake Salem is a gem! You'll fall in love with this newly renovated cottage & the area!

Pristine Lake Location in Vermont

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Our treehouse is a haven of well-being, peace, and elegance. In our stunning modern treehouse we have brought relaxation to a whole new level. Surrounded amongst us is nothing but woods & wildlife. An experience not to be missed. Put your favorite movie on the projector, get Zen in the cozy sun room, jam out to music on the record player, or grab a towel, and head for the custom cedar hot tub. It is time to create core memories that will never be forgotten. Welcome to a little slice of heaven.

The House of the Setting Sun, Private Apartment

The House of the Setting Sun is a great place to rest, relax & re-energize. Located in a family friendly neighborhood, while still within walking distance to restaurants & close to downtown Newport. The apt has its own dedicated WiFi, easy for working remotely. Downstairs is a room with a ping pong/pool table. You will have your own deck, where you can sit & enjoy a cup of coffee to begin your day or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets. Hosts on site and ready to assist if needed.

This cozy little house is a step out of town and offers all the conveniences you will need! While still close enough to Jay Peak, Lake Memphremagog is right out your window! The Newport Country Club, Gardner Park (playground, basketball court, ball fields, fishing and ice skating), grocery store, movie theater, restaurants, shops, a lovely boardwalk and bike path are all within less than a mile. TV downstairs with streaming services and a projector upstairs in loft. Super cool! Welcome!

Welcome to our lakefront ranch style home in northern Vermont (a leaf peeper’s dream)! Located on a quaint and quiet street - you will have your own dock, beach, boats, and yard - all the ingredients you need for a fantastic vacation. In case of rain you will be all hooked up with books, board games, and Netflix, Amazon prime, HBO Max, Hulu, etc. Year round fun - as we are right on the snowmobile trail! We are honored to host you knowing that you will make the best memories in our space!

Tavern - Charming Loft

This charming loft on the third floor offers privacy and open airy views of the surrounding countryside. Complete with kitchenette, private bathroom, queen size bed, television, dining for 4, small desk area & comfy sofa chairs. Internet access. Enjoy easy access with this centrally located place. Pop downstairs to the Tavern for great food and drinks or call for room service. Noise Notice: Friday & Saturday nights a live band plays music at the Tavern untill 11 o’clock. No pets.

Enjoy access to the lake and heated pool, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. This first-floor (upper-level) condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a comfortable living space. The open-concept kitchen and dining area flow into a bright, inviting living room, complete with baseboard heating. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO AC in the summer.
