Deze studio, gelegen in het hart van Gent in een rustige, autovrije straat, met een uitzicht op de Krook en de nabijheid van het Zuid, is wat u zoekt. Alle toeristische bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. De studio is smaakvol ingericht en goed uitgerust, inclusief een comfortabel dubbel bed, een complete keuken met vaatwasser, een gezellige zithoek met televisie, een mooie badkamer en zelfs een eigen terras. Alles wat u nodig heeft voor een onvergetelijk verblijf in het betoverende Gent.

Deze erkende vakantiewoning (***) bevindt zich op het gelijkvloers van ons huis uit de jaren 1890 in een rustige straat in het centrum van Gent. Ideaal voor koppels. Op 75meter afstand is er al een populair restaurant, bovendien meer keuze op 350meter afstand in het Patershol. Talrijke winkels nabij. De ruimte is ruim (70m²) en er is een buitenplaats om afval te plaatsen. Private toegang tot de studio. Enkel de gang is gedeeld met mijn gezin. Absolute stilte wordt gevraagd van 10 pm tot 6 am.

You 'll stay in a beautiful Neo-classical villa from 1904. The entire 2nd floor was recently renovated to a cosy and comfortable apartment +terrace. We make you feel comfortable in this quiet area, near Ghent and on walking distance from the Nature Reserve ( Gentbrugse Meersen). There is a bus stop close to the house that brings you every 10' to the city center. The house is also located very close to all access roads. Donkey Republic bikes to rent nearby .

Nieuwe studio gelegen te Nazareth dichtbij Gent en de Vlaamse Ardennen. Het is deel van een boerderij met prachtige tuin en vele dieren en een mooie vijver. De locatie is dichtbij de snelweg gelegen wat je buiten kan horen. De studio is heel ruim en gelegen onder het dak en te bereiken via de buitentrap. De studio bestaat uit een inkomhal, leefruimte, keuken, eetplaats, slaapplaats met dubbel bed, badkamer en toilet.
