Only family , group of couples and friends ( boys girls mix ) we host . Stag boys are not allowed due to close proximity of neighbours . 2 rooms are on ground floor and 3 on 1st floor of this villa . The living space , kitchen and dining area are all on ground floor

We are looking for peace-loving and friendly guests who will not disturb the calmness of the neighbourhood, and are pet-friendly as our neighbours have multiple dogs.
