Ground floor: open kitchen with island and wine fridge, dining and lounge area with fireplace and water view. 1st floor: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath + shower), separate toilet and laundry room. 2nd floor: three bedrooms each with 2 beds, second bathroom and separate toilet. Max 8 guests. Private parking with EV charging; city centre 15 min away.

Tijdens je verblijf in ons huis vind je rust in alle drukte. De woning is ruim opgezet en heeft een grote tuin, waar je ook als het regent lekker kan zitten. Ons huis ligt op een steenworp afstand van het centrum van Amsterdam. Binnen een kwartier sta je op het Leidseplein en loop je over de grachten. terwijl het huis zich in een hele rustige en kindvriendelijke buurt bevindt. De woning is gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd. De begane grond en eerste verdieping zijn helemaal nieuw en klaar voor gebruik.

In de stad, maar toch helemaal buiten. Weg van de drukte, met grote tuin en terrassen op het zuiden. Aan het eigen water (met drijvende terrassen, zwemtrap en waterfiets), op 10 minuten fietsen van het centrum van Amsterdam, met eigen parkeerplaatsen is dit een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Nederland en Amsterdam. Achter de eeuwenoude dijk, met alleen maar uitzichten over het water en groen kom je hier tot rust. Echt een unieke plek met landelijke uitstraling en toch in Amsterdam!

Great penthouse apartment in the heart of IJburg in Amsterdam. IJburg is the newest area, with many interesting architectural projects, like the largest community of houses on water. This apartment is 100 meters from the marina, which has a mediterranean atmosphere with its boats and cafe's around it. Shops for daily groceries are at walking distance (within a 5 minutes walk). The apartment has a roof terrace of over 200 m2. But also from inside there are unlimited views on both sides.

Careful! The house has one double bed, one single bed, one single semi highsleeper and one single highsleeper. Therefore, we only welcome families with children (or up to 3 adults - 5 beds available, of which 2 only suitable for kids). A very light, modern and quiet house on the waterfront (sheltered by a gate, so the children can not actually get to the water) with all comforts needed for a family with small children. By bike you can reach the center of Amsterdam within 15 minutes.

Ons vakantiehuis is ruim en volledig ingericht met een luxe keuken en bevindt zich in een rustige , goene omgeving in Diemen met vrij parkeren. Een groot park nodigt uit om te wandelen en te fietsen. Diemen heeft leuke restaurants ,winkels ,fietsverhuur en markt op woensdag. Met de bus 44 die bij ons voor de deur stopt bent u met 5 minuten bij het treinstation in Diemen en in 10 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam.

Het huis heeft een gigantische tuin om in te ontspannen en bbq'en, grenst aan een prachtig bos voor eindeloze wandelingen en Amsterdam is met het openbaar vervoer en fiets heel makkelijk te bereiken voor stadse avonturen. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden voor een (klein of groter) gezin: dus stuur ons vooral een berichtje als je vragen hebt.

It is located in a residential neighborhood, 2 minutes away from the metro station in a lovely green area. It is the ideal place for a couple.
